Hi, it's almost 2 a.m. And I can't sleep. This has been going on for a while. Can anyone recommend things to help me sleep? I want to start improving my sleep, which is very bad.

It's difficult, my friend. I spend about 2 hours staring at the dark ceiling and nothing happens, and if by pure chance I happen to fall asleep, after 30 minutes I wake up again and I can't get a long, deep sleep.

I don't have the strength to eat hahaha I can barely get out of bed before sleeping I usually eat light things like eggs, or some gloysop shit

20mg Melatonin knocks me out but it’s a high dose and I wouldn’t recommend it for daily use. You could try Magnesium Glycinate or some shit L-Theanine idk much about sleep supplements just search up on tiktok.

Magnesium
Maybe ashwaganda
Hot bath or hot shower before bed
Fruit
Milk
Dark room
Cold room
Do not get overheated by blankets
No screens before bed preferably 30 mins to 1hour
