I cant sleep

Knowing that i will wake up depressed and miserable i don't want to sleep.
Is being depressed in the morning a sign of low t?

Even my dreams are shitty. I get a lot of scary dreams these days.
Waking up in the morning is so hard.
I feel sleepy/ low energy throughout the day.
At night i just drink a lot and shitpost here
