i cant smile

Every time i smile my cheeks get a super big, i dont know if its caused by buccinator muscles or fat. Should i be practicing opening the mouth wider or is that complete bs.

I have the same problem brotha. it's most likely because of a recessed maxilla. when I smile my cheeks bunch up and my regular nose turns into a tyrone nose. with a straight face I look fine tho.

one way you can tell is smile and then look to the side and take a picture. if your teeth are far back in your face = pretty recessed maxilla.

solution depends on ur case so lefort 1 but bimax is needed a lot of the time
