I very recently got an otoplasty, and cannot vape/smoke thc 2 weeks from now, Im losing it and my ear hurts really bad, would it be okay to smoke a little bit to help?

I order them online and its gets shipped to my house in 4 days , it comes in packaged discrete bag , one time it got delivered when i was sleeping and in my underwear i went out to the mailbox when i woke up and got it

I was talking about thc, i was strong enough to quit nicotine about 3 weeks ago.
