God im such a loser, I can't stop cooming or eating like shit. Im supposed to be lean maxxing as well. I need to join the gym or something but my cucked dad is like "muh we have weights here at home"

I might join an MMA gym ngl, my dad said he wants me to anyway I just have to find a place. After watching cobra kai it gives me motivation to learn to fight again. I used to do taekwondo and would have been something if my cucked dad didn't pull me out of the lessons for no reason.

if you eat in a calorie deficit it doesn't really matter what you eat, it's not ideal to eat shit food but it still works.

nah, just go to a normal gym and do strength training

Just don't go all out NoFap but reduce your monthly cooming frequency. If you coom 16 times a month then reduce that to 10 times a month all the way until 0 over a certain period of time. Going cold turkey on NoFap is retarded.

Not eating food mogs so hard as when you eat something as small as a biscuit it feels so nice. Its hard to maintain tbh, when I didn't have school it was easy

i dont rly feel hungry that much once i started eating healthy, i dont crave anything rn, im gonna force myself to eat dinner cause i dont wanna be in too big of a calorie deficit

Idk just pull-up bar and it sounds fine for now, combined with dojo training unless you want to gymcel it hard. Though, hometraining itself doesn't have the same feeling at all vs proper gym training. :)if I'd could go back in time I'd join TKD club (as you did) and do home/park(bodyweight) training instead of gymcelling for nearly a decade
