I can’t stand how I look my chin is so badly recessed I want to rope already

i have a mega cancer recessed chin amongst other things ,looking for any sort of advice to try and fix it, already looking at genio but before that is there anything else I can do to improve it. Open to roiding just no clue what stack. Im 17 turning 18 in 4 months
