I have been doing literally nothing but scrolling online for 5 hours and also gooning a bit instead of sleeping I need to wake up in 1 hour
I have done literally nothing today besides going to the gym once and fucking rotting all day from waking up at 3 pm to ldaring until 9 pm and then going to the gym once and returning at 11 pm and then I ldared for another fucking 6 hours goddamit
I wasted my entire day no I wasted entire months doing this
I physically cannot put my phone down it’s like heroin I even subconsciously make the motions with my fingers I am physically addicted I don’t have any willpower to get off my phone
