Ive been fixing it, I got on humira which has been working pretty well, but this week it flared up
And my shit is basically just brown liquid that I can hold for 20 seconds max

As for diet i'm trying a number of things, doing everything they say, but it can take a while to get fully in remission on the meds
its Ulcerative Colitis more specifically
