I can't swim at 19

I mean I know enough not to drown, but guys my age can swim across an entire lake meanwhile I look like a dog when in water

which really sucks because I'm tall and have a great body, so when I go to beach/pool I usually just tanmaxx instead of swimming to not get embarrassed in the water
