I was in a big city yesterday where college students had a parties at every bar. And I realized that I will never make any friends of my age or have a GF, because I dont know how and I cant because of my anxiety. Tinder, it's out of the question because Im ugly and there is no other option for loser like me without social skills.

I cried all the way home and remembered how my friends and I played in the woods with sticks or played CoD and Wow for long hours and nobody cared about pussy or alcohol. now we are no longer friends and they have their own or GFs.

I was exactly this way and decided to pop a Xanax or modafinil and just went up to public places and started saying stupid shit I'm extremely low inhib now

Go to the club during daytime it will ease the ice for u to go back. try talking to ugly girls as experiment first and slowly move on etc..

Tbh idk about anxiety but social skills r probs easiest thing to improve on, u just expose yourself to more social situations. even if it says hi to someone in the gym, even in passing
