I can’t talk to girls

I’m in college now and I know I’m probably like a 7/10 overall but I get so many IOU’s and girls talk to me and stuff. But my anxiety levels get spiked so hard.

I ask for a girls phone number and she said she didn’t have her phone but she said she’ll see me around so I think I got rejected I don’t know for sure though she seemed like she liked me.

My therapist said I need to talk/ have sexual relations with more girls to overcome my self confidence issues so idk. @rickgrimes @pope

for me, i just think of them as sacs of flesh and nothing more. The less value you put on them, the easier it is to talk to them and not be so nervous.
