as a kid i used to be excluded alot socially i feel like that had a big impact on why i am the way i am now, but it could also be that i just have strong narcissistic traits

i would normally automatically assume the first one because i genuienly do replay that in my head even nowadays, but at the same time i liked doing malicious shit to other people since young so i honestly cant tell which one it is

Trauma can form grandiose deflection and cause insecurity to make you jealous and or controlling due to said jealousy. If you have replayable potential abuse in your head you could have something of the sorts.

Traits like that are usually coming from somewhere, you just gotta reflect on why.
