If you have over a million in networth or an online income idk why you would ever go back to the West.

But it does make sense for moneymaxxing in the short term. You can't start from nothing and get something like you can in America. The biggest issue is money if you get over a million you can sustain your money elsewhere. Or get some sort of online income
