Do you have an injury or a leg imbalance (like is one leg longer than the other)? If not all you need to do is just practice walking with good form and try to correct yourself whenever possible , start off very slowly before you actually go full speed.

Massage it?? Idk how one jerks to the point of losing the ability to walk but that's what I assumed from the replies
