I cashed a dirt bike, im in pain

I was riding a dirt bike and i went to fast over a bump and I went over the bars, I rolled about 3 meters. My leg and arms are so bruised and they hurt so much, also all of the skin on my palms was scraped off, im in agony. I wasn’t even wearing a helmet though so I’m lucky I got away with this and not something much worse
