Just came home and undressed to wash myself and realized how fucking shredded I've become. Not an ounce of visible fat on my body, every muscle is clearly defined, prominent vascularity, bicep and ab veins are visible and my cheeks are sunken too. I'm currently the leanest I've ever been in my life at 28 yo. Leaner than Joaquin Phoenix in Joker 1, but with more muscle mass and looking less malnourished. Too lazy to take pictures rn, but if anyone insists, I'll gladly take some for you by the end of this week. Just say the word.

Would you believe me if I told you that becoming Auschwitz tier shredded was the most effortless accomplishment I've ever achieved in my life? I didn't even intend to become a Holocaust survivor, it just happened as a side effect of improved insulin sensitivity, intermittent fasting, electrolytes, correcting vitamin D levels, quitting drinking and smoking 1-2 spliffs per day. I eat whatever I want, including fast food and candy, I don't count or restrict calories and I don't even exercise, besides stretching. I'm actually the laziest person to ever exist, but my sympathetic nervous system is quite active and I can quickly switch between glycolysis and ketosis, due to intermittent fasting for years. Marijuana also seems to boost my metabolic rate and make me somewhat resistant to weight gain, even when I overindulge due to the munchies. I actually eat almost twice as much as I did a year ago, but am way leaner.

Getting lean as fuck is effortless if you know what you're doing and requires very little commitment or sacrifices. Dieting/calorie restriction is cope and will make you feel miserable, look malnourished and mess up your metabolism and appetite control. Fasting and feasting + intuitive eating + resolving eating disorders + optimizing metabolic health >>> GLP-1 agonists, crash dieting and abusing stimulants. I might make a more detailed thread in the near future on how to achieve and - most importantly, maintain - your ideal body fat percentage and lower your set point effortlessly, without compromising your health, quality of life or metabolic function. We're meant to be lean, not obese and insulin resistant, like the majority of the population, especially in industrialized countries. Take a look at wild animals, they are usually much leaner compared to their domesticated counterparts, despite consuming truck loads of calories. CICO is a valid concept, but it doesn't address the significant variations in energy expenditure and metabolic function observed in obese vs healthy lean individuals.

Tl;dr: I reached single digit bf% effortlessly and without dieting or calorie restriction. I'll gladly take pictures upon request and may make a more detailed thread in the future on how to reach and maintain optimal leanness easily, without compromising your health or quality of life.

Look forward to the guide if it ever happens. Congrats and i agree CICO is just one part of it and the whole weight loss thing is far more complex than most are led to believe. Should post some stats though, height/weight a year ago/daily routine/etc.

He's malnourished and literally starved himself for that role. I never starved myself like that. There was a time period in 2021/22 when I did actually restrict calories and I plateaued pretty fast. Felt like shit and results didn't last. Restrictive diet = restricted results. Yeah you can lose some weight quickly, but it's not sustainable and will throw your appetite control and relationship with food out of whack. Under the right conditions, your body will naturally shed/keep excess weight off.
