I cba to work full time

So my manager on the phone was saying I could start a new full time job. Well apparently I still need to interview with someone anyway. I assumed, since it's the same department (security), and some of our side work the occasional shift on that side, and based on what he was saying, that I could basically just start there if I wanted to

Also, a guy at my work is telling me to apply for a full time job at his other security job. This one pays more but starts even earlier (7 AM!)

But I actually cba for either
40 hours a week is too much, especially when you have early starts. 30 hours is the max tbh

Atm I have no set hours, so I could do almost 40 hours one week, and then nothing for a week. I've started getting less shifts as they keep hiring more people

Pay is £12.60
Second job mentioned in OP is £15 an hour but 12 hour days starting at 7 am, and probably doesn't include a paid hour break, unlike here
