Most guys see their looks peak in their 30s.
Most women see their looks peak from 16-25
That is the difference.
Average guy after college looks like shitMost guys see their looks peak in their 30s.
That guy is in his 50s or 60s even.
Peak is 25 max. Then it's over for most. Late 20s collagen and fat pads is 404. Men with good ageing genes can maintain peak until early 30s. It's over for 99% of the male population by 35 though. That guy is in his 50s or 60s even.
Unless you have the worst genetics in the world for aging and look way older than your real age, you will peak in your 30s.
Also, a man in his 50s still looks way better than a woman in her 50s, because men age slower than women.
i unironically agree with youThat guy is in his 50s or 60s even.

I disagree, I look way better at 23 than I did at 18 or even 21. So my looks are getting better as I get older, and my jaw surgery happened when I was 20 so it's not related to what I am talking about.Peak is 25 max. Then it's over for most. At 18, I was at 138 lbs at 6 foot 4.i unironically agree with you
also you have time to do all looksmaxes until you hit 30
No Bro according to science growth stops at 18 yoAt 18, I was at 138 lbs at 6 foot 4.
At 23, I am now at 205 lbs.
In 1 year, I will be at 225 lbs.
In 2 years, I will be at 240 lbs.
So, I will be gymmaxxed and leanmaxxed way before I am 30.
No Bro according to science growth stops at 18 yoeveryone has the same body

This is the rate of muscle growth, shown by Lyle Macdonald's research.
But it doesn't account for water weight, glycogen and other types of weight which is gained throughout this process.
So someone who starts out as very underweight like I did will gain a lot more weight than shown on the picture, but what matters is that in total, a man can gain around 37-46 lbs of muscle in 4 years of training.
For a woman, it is half of that, so around 18-23 lbs of muscle in 4 years of training.
Also, taller guys will gain more weight than shorter guys as they get muscular and they will look smaller due to having longer limbs.
That is why short muscular guys are built like a fridge, while tall muscular guys don't look as big.
Basketball players often don't look like they lift even though they may weigh around 240 lbs or more.
