At the difference between these two pics,one I look decent in,the other is ugly. Also how do I get rid of the sagging cheeks. Will false teeth help with it?

Things I had when I was younger,somewhat better hairline,better hair coloring,no white hairs, fuller chin,so sagging,perfect teeth now I can't smile,weighed 20-30 pounds less.

His account hasn't popped up in the username change log or user deletion log either (which normally always happens) and you don't get any results if you type his name into the search bar.
