Well if I turn my head and see a good looking girl I might say “oh wow” or something similar, it works pretty great they always smile

In a different setting usually I say “Hi” and make an genuine compliment


After that they say thank you and depends on where they are going I either go with them starting talking about bullshit or just exchange numbers quickly and move
