I don't do anything but sleep after my shift.
I work from 6AM to 2PM.
They are making me work way too hard for my wage.
I earn 8€ an hour, but they make me work literally double my wage, and i can't do nothing about it.
My back and neck hurt so much, because i am in this position the whole time.
And i have to stand all the time because i have to move like 3 meters sideways a lot.
And i work with my hands all the time so my fingers hurt like hell aswell.
For those who don't know what i do:
I am composing those type of fuses while doing some other work with them.
And you might think, well that's not hard.
I am beetween the two of my co-workers, and we have to work very fast to catch the machine.
So the first co-worker gets those fuses together, then he passes them to me, i put something inside of them, and if i fuck up, i have to start all over again, then i pass that to my third co-worker, and he packs them up.
And imagine doing the same thing for 7 hours straight (not including the breaks).
And when we're done, i have to already start preparing for the new set that the machine will make us.
I can't imagine working like this for another 40 years.
I am just happy to clock out at the end of my shift.
EDIT: "He's ranting again."
