Well considering that you are diagnosed with some shi that kinda changes things. But at the very least you can try yo best to maybe hardmaxx and while you are doing that go to parties and hangout with your friends. Maybe it's not ideal for you but try to make the best of it

My hardmaxx plan is too expensive but can ascend me to Mid Chadlite. Also yea I work 10 hours and also hang out with friends but it's better to just stay inside. Growth plates just recently closed so no I can do with pharmacology either
