I want to get a Trimax first, then a rhinoplasty. I still need to convince them about the Trimax part I’m almost there and maybe get periorbital fat grafting too. I also need to consult with my orthodontist as soon as possible.

NGL, I talked about my sleep apnea and the breathing problems I have through my nose and mouth, and how I was always tired throughout the day. I also mentioned being recessed due to bad habits I’ve been mouth breathing for over 80% of my life and have horrible posture for over 90 percent of my life. I told them about the health problems this can cause as I age if I don’t fix this. I also proved it through the obvious physical changes in my appearance, as well as my fucked up teeth. I used to be good looking when I was younger.
