I started to have weird in feeling in my balls in February after I fapped but I didn't pay much attention to it
Until recently my whole scrotum became completely red , it hurt like hell and was itchy af
So I today finally went to urologist and he told me that its not looking good, there is some infection in my left ball that is now here because I've had scar tissue and didn't treat it
He said that he will need to remove my left ball and if im lucky im good to go with my life, but I won't be able to make kids
