I consume too much salt, also sugar

my water retention is too high

Why does food taste that good though ?

Why do I only look good when I look like a concentration camp prisoner ?

Just did 15 minutes jumping rope to burn some calories

also I did maybe 2h30 cycling today outside

hopefully I will lower my bodyfat

do you also look good when you consume little salt/sugar ?

food is my main source of dopamine anyway

You could try increasing potassium to counteract your sodium intake. 1:3 (Sodium : Potassium) is the ratio you want to aim for I think.

As for sugar idk.
 
yea Im in a similar position
My weights plateaud because i diet pretty well for 5 days and then just binge too many calories on the weekend

Think im just going to make adjustments like:
- not consume a lot of alcohol on the weekend (calories + makes you binge after)
- still wont count my calories but will just cook nice foods i like instead of ordering pizza/dumb shit (because it always ends up being literally 2000 calories, and thats only dinner)

This way you can enjoy your food/treat yourself but you wont go over your calories that much
