Since you're only 15, there is some possibility that you might witness a drastic change in your looks. However, I wouldn't count on ending up some 7 PSL gigamogger. Those guys are incredibly rare and it depends on hundreds of different factors going right to get to that point. Based on the mirror pic you shared, you look decent but like another user mentioned, you lack the necessary 'striking' features e.g. hunter eyes, angular jaw, defined cheekbones. Your phenotype is certainly not ideal either. But then again, your face is still developing so I wouldn't rule out the possibility that you could reach that looks level. That being said, Looksmaxxing would be a worthwhile pursuit in your situation and I think you could reach a looks level that doesn't hold you back in life. Just don't autistically focus on improving looks at the expense of other things such as social skills, career etc.

Surgerymaxxing can't ascend you past 5 PSL in most cases. You're limited by your base and phenotype. Salludon is an extreme outlier and you can't expect results like his. He also had a very good starting point.
