I crashed my e2 on arimidex, how to adjust dose safely

Ive been taking 0.25mg every 4 days of arimidex and now get no spontaneous erections and can only get hard if i initiate it (masturbation). I dont want to quit without a taper to risk e2 rebound, does anyone have advice?

2.5 letrozole a day keeps era away

The rebound is only means bouncing it back to normal levels. Doenst mean it’s gonna skyrocket. Although 0.25mg every 4 days is basically the lowest possible dose. Have u gotten blood tested?

If you crash your e2 pin 1ml of it once or twice to get back into normal ranges then up the test dose by 50-100 on top of your normal dose.

Im waiting on my self test to arrive. I honestly am thinking of just lowering dose as im basically sure my e2 is crashed, like i get no morning wood. But i feel like im already at the minimum dose as you said and anything less like 0.25 1x a week would be too infrequent and cause fluctuating estrogen levels

Yes, im 17 and grew recently so plates are open

Yeah you’re right you probably had really low baseline levels already. Makes me sort of scared because my anastrozole is coming soon and i was planning on doing 0.25 e2d. My natural estrogen was at 25 so im afraid i might crash it

for height, do this formula
0.06 TIMES BW (KG) TIMES 3
take your result and add 4-5 IUs if you can afford it
if not add 1-2 IUs
it's to be safe
use Letrozole 2.5 mgs instead of Arimidex

Should i just switch straight to letrozole from arimidex or taper down arimidex and then switch?

switching should be fine, it is stronger than Arimidex anyway

Ngl, i think im going to just take a break until my symptoms improve before switching. Do you have any advice for tapering off arimidex safely without e2 rebound?

pills come in 1 mg right so you can't cut it more I'd extend the time between each dose like taper across 2-4 weeks week 1 on the third day 2 on the 4th 3 once and then you stop something like that if you get what I mean
