2 years ago I would scroll through r/selfimprovment,r/nofap,r/redpill,r/MGTOW and save 100 posts to "read later" I never did jfl

I finally left the hellhole 4 months ago and since then I noticed that my mental health has dramatically improved no joke.

Same here. Started this joke called "self-improvement" in march 2019, and basically stopped in octoberish of 2020. My life is so much more peaceful without watching one more useless video that brought me no tips I'd ever use. At least here i use 75% of the info since it's actually useful stuff that gets straight to the point.
