I cringe when people recommend exercise to lose weight.

Simply put it exercise does not really contribute to weight loss that much simply put it, it doesn't burn many calories.

For example, a hour playing basketball(a sport that requires tip top cardiovascular fitness) is very tiring and makes you want to rest the rest of the day, it only burns 600->800 calories. Half of that is burned simply for being alive. A bag of peanuts and an apple can negate half of that calorie deficit.

Simply put it, a blackpilled leanmaxxer knows the only real way to lose fat is to put the fucking fork down.

If you are sedentary the weight you lose will be general weight instead of fat which is what you really want to lose.

It’s a cope for fat people so that they think they do something productive against their obesity by jogging for 30 min or something similar but then eating even more than usual because of the increased appetite and not loosing weight as a result

I never said exercise is worthless. In fact exercise is very good for keeping you young, improving mood, sleep, etc.

Just that when it comes to fat loss, diet is way more important.

JOGGING is the most cringe retarded normie exercise ever, literally just causes massive inflammation and joint damage and fucks your hormones and does nothing for you

Pretty much. Cardio has benefits to your health though, keeping your heart strong which improves erection strength

Little known fact is that erectile dysfunction is a sign of coronary artery disease which is often due to a lack of blood flow. Many roiders have ed due to a lack of blood flow. Androgens are pro erection, but roiders need cialis to get it up.

you cant cardio your way out of a bad diet, if you try youll just destroy your health long term

Just aim for 10k steps daily as a baseline on top of gym + diet whether you are bulking or cutting, no need to overcomplicate.

One of the best changes I have made.

I’ve seen people struggle to hit 2k steps daily. Legit basement dwellers.

People overestimate the calories they burn in any physical activity but underestimate the calories they take in from food.

My fat friend was so retarded to understand this until I explain him about calories. He believed running 5km will burn a whole pizza, when in fact 5km burn at least 500 calories while a whole pizza has 1500 calories or more.

All very true and as a fellow fast twitch mogger I agree, however some kind of lame cardio is necessary to keep blood vessels flexible and functional - weight training spikes blood pressure and potentially damages blood vessels if no steps are taken for amelioration

So the HIIT has to be more cardio like rather than weight lifting like; light sprinting or equivalent rather than circuit lifting. Though we can do both

Biking/swimming will relieve joints

This is the only reason to do excercise while cutting. I've tried fasting cuts where I was sedentary and it lead to too much muscle loss.
(Ate nothing for 48-72 hours several times a month)

The goal is to lose body fat, not just body weight.

Heavy weightlifting should always accompany a cut. Cardio is debatable (but I still like to do HIIT during a cut because it takes so little time, while yielding an easy 200-300kcal extra burn in about 15 mins)
