I'm a 32yr male in a committed relationship. My girlfriend is totally understanding of my premature ejacs. Typically, I go down on her until she gets off. Then I we have sex for like four seconds and I get off.
She's happy, I'm happy, we're happy... except I'm not happy. It irks me. I'm a level headed dude, but I just think it's a male complex thing. The more I pre ejac, the more I dread sex.
So I do whatever every Redditor does when they have a health problem. I search the reddit toolbar. The suggestions I read just get me angry:
EDIT: Thanks everyone for your kind responses! This was really meant to be a (somewhat) humorous rant about how frustrating it can be to try to solve your awkward sexual health issues using Reddit. While I was trying to be funny, the true life experience is actually really depressing and causes tons of anxiety.
I never meant to create an informative post about treatment options for premature ejaculation, but that's what it became. I really appreciate everyone's thoughtful suggestions. I'll definitely be experimenting with a couple new strategies I learned about today.

- Focus on something not-sexual> Tried it. Doesn't work for shit. Plus, who want's to focus on baseball cards during sex? Fucking creepy.
- Masturbate by yourself before sex -> After I masturbate I don't want to sex. At all.
- Kegels -> WTF? Best example of "internet science" I've every heard of.
- "Try to relax, you are putting too much pressure on yourself" - > YOU FUCKING RELAX!
- Switch positions when you feel an orgasm coming -> Tried this. Here is how it went: [pump] [pump] "Let's do doggy style" [pump] [pump] "get on top of me" [pump] "Let's go back to missiona... never mind..."
- Use de-sensitizing condoms -> This actually works. However, there is no fucking way I'm going back to condoms. After feeling how much sex is better without a condom? You're bonkers.
