tbh my body is destroyed

my foot is fucked i cant walk on it , will need a week to heal i think. the cut is is across the bottom so i cant stand on it
finger is okayish it was still bleeding a bit but seems to be stable now

its not the worst. i suffer from a lot of anxiety right now though, thinking over my shit life and how everything just gets worse. Like how fucked is my life. I recognize this feeling as 'panic-attacks'. Very hard to deal with as it shuts me down. I can ignore the feeling and distract myself, but it makes life feel like total shit.
i was invited to a birthday party yday of a girl i hangout with sometimes (non sexual she is lesbian) and I had to cancel cuz I cant even walk rn.
I wanted to be there for her and mog all the men so that people think highly of her for having an attractive male friend who IQmogs too and maybe there would be attractive women too I can flirt with, but i cant show up all fucked up tbh so had to cancel.
