I decided I'll get OBO

I probably acc won't, but if I got the funds in future and I wanna looksmaxx, i'll go get OBO, in a couple years there has been more cases anyway. I need about 5-6mm of more IPD, then zso/zygo implants for 5mm or so zygo projection. I'll get some jaw/lip procedures before 100% anyway. Right now ESR is .45, long midface

Well I maybe will, but that's a pipe dream so far, at 18-19 i'll get a BSSO+GENIO +lip lift and reduction, maybe even LF1 too. So at 20-22 I could get it possibly, ofc probably not gonna happen

Your IPD won't, actually opposite happened to me, i think my maxilla got longer, so MFR is higher (not a 100% sure). After your face longens your jaw/zygos will start popping out a bit more tho, and your ESR will get worse, I think IPD and PFL remain same.

Not sure how real these changes actually are, and they may be in my head only. But i think for the large part ratios will stay pretty much sameish

That’s why we have blackpill surgeons with their own clinics - you’d probably have been laughed at 20 years ago for asking for cosmetic Lefort 1 and BSSO and yet here we are. Anyone setting up to provide Lefort 2 for aesthetics may stand to gain a great deal of money, which is ultimately what motivates them.

I think the demand just isn’t there (yet) for it to have been worth it to any surgeon to specialise in this but as time goes on and men become more desperate this will most likely change.

Well… he is. And there is evidence of the subcranial OBO - I was skeptical too until I saw that. I will be in braces for the next two years regardless, but would consider a lefort 2 if we are there by 2026.

There's 1 user here who has claimed to have an OBO. I haven't seen any evidence that he actually had it. That is the only rare specialty maxillofacial surgery that might have happened to any of the users here. Yet tons of users here talk about these surgeries like they're just a rhinoplasty or filler operation. People here have gotten a completely warped view of what is actually available to them. One person mentions LF2 or something like that then a ton of other lazy users repeat the idea without doing any research on it.
