tbh when i feel most happy is when i look my best
even my iq raises by 40 points when i look good and feel confident in my skin
im starting to him the gym
and build muscle slowly
get on my skincare again
invest 1h in making money a day or learning a skillset that is capable of making me 10k a month
nobody is going to pay for surgeries for you bcz you are suicidal
and nobody gives a fuck how you feel
started visualizing my best version everyday
in the future im gonna get MSE or Palatal expansion again
my ortho has to tip my molars inward and i feel like i lost expansion
