It's weird for me. Cold showers doesn't unbloat my puffy face in the morning after bed. But swimming near my lake suddenly changes everything. And both temperatures are similar. Ig it could be because I am technically working my body in cold water rather than just standing under cold water in the shower.

It's just impressive how big of a difference it can make
