I’m just incredibly chopped and idk what to do or where to start to try to change I’m still 16 and was a late bloomer

SOME STUFF U NEED:

1. DNP or ozempic (For weight-loss)
2. Debloating (drink 3L+ water)
3. Eat healthy
4. Chew hard foods
5. Chew gum on both sides

I’m not fat though I’m 5’11 150 lbs

your fat. but do not fucking starve yourself or take ozempic and shit, Eat well and healthy without over eating, your body needs all the nutrients it can get rn, and fasting/straving will fuck with your growth. Make sure you exercise A LOT too otherwise you might aswell starve yourself and rope jfl

I guess it’s more of a confidence thing I don’t feel that I look good at all and yes I did send the worst pictures I could because I wanted people to tell me what they truly thought of me
