I know, now my molars are fucked cause of the trash fillings I had done when I was young and my bite is collapsing every time I go to another dentist he just says that’s a normal bite. It’s not I can feel that something has changed. I went to a clinic with a good reputation back then btw and I paid a lot

Knowledgable about fillings? Always get multiple opinions from different dentists. I don't think fillings will affect your aesthetics at all. What matters is what the dentist says about removing teeth, giving you braces etc.

Your teeth are the foundation of your facial aesthetics. Never forget that.

Go to multiple dentists and get multiple opinions on what you should do. You can even consult plastic surgeons on their opinions because a lot of them give free consultations (of course, expect a pitch about getting surgery because they want to make money)
