There’s not a single progressive thought that has come to light in years.

It genuinely baffles me that there are still so so many natty lifters out there coping with bcaa’s and multivitamins or even weight gainer shakes.

20 years ago, it was the norm to be natty and take creatine but currently with all the information and studies we have, there’s not a single upside to train natty. Infact it’s ruining most people’s health. Metabolic stress from overtraining is so common nowadays that people who are tired all the time call it ‘normal’.

With every ancillary, med and compound at our disposal, aswell as all the studies on them u simply HAVE to be on gear. When u use gear while u have an actual semi-good IQ u can stay healthier than every other cretin that roams earth, even non-gym goers.

I don’t get how many people haven’t come to realise this, they just regurgitate the same bullshit like ‘eat protein, train hard and get big’
It never did and never will work like that. Infact u only really need 100g of protein a day but many think the more the merrier.
It’s all about carbs and insulin

natty gym goers wake up, eat their eggs and veggies, train for 2 hours a day and sleep 9hours just to still look like they haven’t lifted a finger all the while having blood markers of a 60yr old grandpa

Meanwhile roided out chad wakes up, munches on a shit ton of brownies with a good cold coca cola, works out for 30 mins with no split and looks better than every natty under the sun, while STILL having the blood markers of a jewish 15 yr old boy that ate raw meat from birth

How is natty lifting ruining peoples heath
It ruins ur health when you’re actively trying to build muscle while natty
Weight gainers, protein shakes, training till failure, minimal rest days cuz ‘muscle don’t sleep’, bulking, cutting, …
At a certain threshold it goes from healthy to extremely unhealthy

Going to the gym to maintain some level of cardio, some strength and an okay amount of skeletal muscle is fine but most teens are inhaling the most vile shakes day in day out to only take 1 rest day a week
