I destroyed 2 ps4 controllers

The battery in one of them was not holding charge so I decided to "revive" it.

I put it in the freezer for 12 hours, put it back in and nothing.

Then I threw the battery in boiling water and then froze it again, after it unfroze I put it back in and the controller was acting really weird. Like when I pressed one button it would trigger another etc.

I thought ok maybe this controller just died so I took that battery and put it in the other controller, and the same exact thing happened to the other controller. When that happened I knew that I fucked up and the battery probably destroyed the controllers.

I don't know, but it doesn't matter because these chinese controllers we're already pretty much dead. They didn't hold charge and the buttons were trash
