I feel very low test, very low estrogen, non existent dht and high cortisol

At my peak i would only eat sushi, salmon, chicken, rice and eggs

I highly doubt you are anywhere near 5 percent thats unheard of and if you are actually 5 percent you are on the brink of death

Either way you need to start incorporating more light meals to your diet extremality low body fat levels fuck your test and other hormones you are actively fucking yourself facially and physically and you dont even look good you look like a frail french prisoner that was kept in a dark holding cell for 30 years

Dont try to gain weight by eating a fuck ton of calorie dense foods just start off slow with light easy to eat meals then work from there. if its really hard just snack on candy and shit to gain weight easy you can afford the sugar and calories at your weight.

try eating more often, don’t force yourself

just have small bites through the day

maybe eat a small protein bar or a bag of chips in the afternoon
