And although I'm tired from staying up all night, I do not feel any kind of gastrointestinal issues, bloating or anything. I did this last week, but I ate my usual healthy diet for breakfast and had bad gas and excessive shitting. Was wondering if I am onto something. I really like my cheat days, and they help me to gain weight because I hate food for the most part, but just don't like the side effects from them. I was thinking I could maybe still do them but eat super late at night every Saturday night, then cleanse the day after. Don't know. This could all just be a bunch of bull shit.
