Should i go for another 4mm genioplasty? I already did 6mm. I cant sopport being kv at 25 years old i doni know what to do anymore. I am laterally recessed the same as before and with surgery only maxilla improved

atleast your facial features are not bad and you have a good skull shape tbh,also i think the adams apple is give more of an appearence you are recessed if you get what i mean it makes it look like you got less forward growth

I spent my saving from work of years to still be recessed. I dont know how i can cope tbh. I cant accept this recessed chin and jaw

I am recessed after bimax , this is just too brutal. I never did something bad i always worked my ass off and went to a good surgeon and I am recessed after all the shit i had to endure during my teens and going trought surgery. I litterally want to kill myself

its not recessed ur looking to the left which gives an illusion of weak jaw even in the best surgeries. It is impossible to get the angle right urself in pics, take a video of yourself from the side and watch it to see how your jaw looks. Your expectations of what side profile should be like are unrealsitic even models don't have Frankfort jaws in the shit angle ur using.
 
This is pretty tragic.

Can we blame this one on a shit neck insertion? He can’t have any more bimax without being dogmaxxed, though the chin is not enough.

Practical solution in my opinion is now dermal fillers to finish the chin projection (and put some in the mento labial food) and sharpen the jaw angles.

Don’t start spamming surgeries, the outcomes are not certain enough and it’s too expensive and brutal to keep having revisions.

This is fucking depressing. Being still recessed after surgery is the most brutal thing ever. Its over. I will be kv forever i suppose.

Yes only 5'9 with show lift and shoes i fraud 5'11

6mm genio , but surgeon told me I could go to 10 mm in the future and add another 4mm if I want. Would u guys do it? I hate being recessed

front is a lot better. I would suggest a rhino, fillers on the jaw for angularity and on the chin for projection

I like the surgery but not how my mandible and chin looks,but I think italiani my fault for not having more mms , so I want more projection and angularity. I dont like filler i prefer another genioplasty and jaw implant
