I'd say maxilla is greatly improved, but the lip seal makes it look like the lower jaw was underadvanced a bit. If your bite is fully correct now, then indeed about 4-5mm genio would help. Don't touch middle third though. And make sure that genio is done with muscle advancement to further improve submental area.
