A couple of things I immediately spot is his nose and eyebrows. Eyebrows are high-set (but again, Chico has that), his eyebrows aren't straight. The distance from his eyebrows maybe? The eyebrows should start in a straight line above the caruncle (so his distance is a bit too big). Cheekbones and lower third could've maybe been a bit better? But most people won't even reach what OP has even with surgeries. Another thing is that he should've maybe had more harmony and just been better looking in the face in general? Idk? Generally speaking I'd say he isn't easy to critique from a looksmaxxing perspective.
