yeah, i saw a private journal result of a trimax and the front like.... i dont know how to explain but it just doesnt have that recessive "flat" look in the after, im guessing because of the stretching gives clarity to the facial depth? not so sure, but alot of it is contributed to ccw

Read the post. Dr Eren Pera, and I won't post my front until more swelling is gone, it's absolutely pointless for now, the side looks somewhat mostly normal, but there is still swelling in my ANS area, perhaps why some people think my vector changed.

The absolute biggest change for now is, well the projection and rotation, but also you cannot underestimate how much skin stretching has completely changed my face, I'm also starting to notice it from the front, where I just have a different look, I don't know how to explain it, but especially in real life, in person, my face just looks better and normal now, compared to before.

Like I said, I will train neck and gymmax, but nothing 3 months post op, as I can't get enough calories and well it's just not recommended lol

You're misunderstanding what I'm saying here.

When I said you draw a line from the top of the ear, I'm referring to a line you draw from the top of the ear, to the top of the eye (they should align), like so (using the picture you provided):

It's a way to simplify the method to people who just want to take a quick picture, not actually how you measure it scientifically.

If you want to be technical, the frankfurt plane is a line you draw from the supratragal notch to the middle point of the infraorbital rim. This is how you would actually measure it:

Still slight downwards head tilt. Not frankfurt. Tragion meets with his eye, the middle point of his infraorbital rim still sits well below the line.

Not saying it makes a massive difference in his case, but considering his side profile already looks fine and he's trying to nitpick, he may as well take a picture that is actually on the frankfurt plane, instead of slightly anti-frauding.
