I closed my eyes for whole visit. Thankfully lady didnt mind and didnt ask any questions.


Also on the way there, a group of 3 young foids under an umbrella was walking towards me. When we were passing by each other, one of them looked me in the eyes and I looked at her too, of course no smile or any kind of IOI, just short eye contact.
I am so deprived of female attention that it actually gave me some dopamine, just a simple look made me happier today. I wish I could ask her what she thinks of me, why did she look at my subhuman virgin face. I will never know.

Besides that I am going to psychiatrist tomorrow so wish me luck boyos maybe the pills will make me better.

-dont tell you drink
-go to therapy if they ask you to
-dont directly ask for benzos
-search up diagnosis criteria for GAD and panic attacks
-tell her you get hardcore panic attacks all the time that significantly, negatively influences your life


SRRIs are worthless for everyone on PSL sites it seems. It doesnt work with the "blackpill mentallity" it sounds edgy but its true. This is just anecdotal though, it might work for you.

Symptoms of GAD include:

• difficulty concentrating
• difficulty sleeping
• irritability
• fatigue and exhaustion
• muscle tension
• repeated stomachaches or diarrhea
• sweaty palms
• shaking
• rapid heartbeat
• neurological symptoms, such as numbness or tingling in different parts of the body

I dont think I have GAD, only difficulty sleeping and sometimes with concentration but nothing serious.

I planned on sparing him from autistic blackpill theories, but I want to tell him I am depressed as fuck and I wish I'd have died in a womb. I dont even know what benzos is so, and I dont drink at all.

Doesnt matter man. Even if I am 5/10 it's not enough with my mentality, lack of personality and everything. I just need a doctor to tell me if I am delusional or not.
