Your hair doesn't suit your face shape. You have a long face and your hair isn't present at the sides and is tall on top, accentuating the imperfection. I would grow it out to make it more present at the sides to even out your face height.

Doesn't need to be super long or anything, it's more just about where the length is placed. It just needs to be a bit longer to fill out the sides and proportion your face better.
