i think eating disorders like anoxeria can be legit but a lot of people call your eating patterns disordered if you refuse to eat certain unhealthy foods its insane

I thought ED was when you didnt feel hungry. like when you get sick and lose your appetite for a few days

for a few years first I would eat very little and later I would throw up all the time after eating in secret. But I didn’t think it was very serious, only later I realized it might have been a legit ED. But anyway it was pretty stupid especially since I wasn’t even fat. I think it was also related to depression. After some years I just got too tired to keep up with it and it kinda resolved on its own ig.
