It can be reversed bro. I was a popular kid in elementary school, got fat and got bullied in middle school, loner in high school. Mentally broken at 20 yo, but it got better and I became my self in about a year of adult life. Made a full 180 and was popular again.

edit: and when I say mentally broken I mean months between seeing people, hardcore social anxiety (spaghetti falling out of pockets at the grocery store line), dropping out of school, not working, nothing. Couldn't do shit
