Actually surgeries is the last option that you need there is alot of revison risks if you get more surgeries in one time frank tufano wants to get 4 Surgery in one time and he botched by taban and if you do surgeries seperatly this not helps either cuz you surgeon cant predict How to optimize one in other if you find good surgeon not a big problem but prob he doesnt do surgeries for aeastatic if you are not that deformed
