Personally i use tv shows and try to mimic the way the characters react to different situations, before starting this i had a super weirdo "personality" but now i can fraud to normie tier like 60-70% of the time ( i still fuck up from time to time and have tongue slips where i say weird and out of context shit etc)

Also try to think of what you say like posts in this forum like before you open your mouth try to imagine if what you're going to say will give you more reputations points or will it give you a minus.

I'm more neurotypical, so I just picture the most viable personality in a context and go with that. I never say things out of context and I'm always very literal. I never try humor
